Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams Lead the development of business architecture and process models Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to stakeholders Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in business process modeling Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis This position is based at our Hyderabad office A 15 years full time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
