3-Cubed provides clients with structured approach to build model leveraging Machine Learning models, 360degree impact analysis across all functions and help in taking the optimal decision.

1. Implementing Machine Learning concepts for data prediction

2.Enhance sophisticated & proprietary algorithms to compute and generate analytics.

3.Migrate and to latest web or front-end technology stack from existing ASP.NET MVC Framework

Responsibilities

Area 1: Product

1.Ensure tech technical requirements are aligned to the business requirement by:

a. converting business requirements to functional specifications

b. brief developers and QA team to clarify their doubts.

2. Prioritise, track, report and steer monthly and quarterly product releases.

3. Conduct impact analysis for product enhancements and amendments

4. Review functional test cases and other test artifacts.

5. Communicate effectively with Product Managers, Developers & QA

Area 2: Customer Service

1. Be the first point of contact for clients communicate through calls or emails within 8 hours.

2. Assist in testing fixes required for reported faults, including tests for change impact.

3. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.

4. Regularly update product help documentation i.e., FAQs, Videos, Scripts, etc.

5. Assist team members with resolution of work problems.
