As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business
needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business
processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, and driving process improvements to deliver
impactful solutions. If you thrive in solving problems, communicating effectively, and leading

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst capacity, demonstrating leadership in delivering successful IT/Product solutions from a functional perspective.
* Demonstrated expertise in complex business problem-solving, with a strong ability to break down ambiguous, multi-faceted business challenges into actionable, structured functional solutions.
* Proven understanding and hands-on experience with the end-to-end product development lifecycle from a functional standpoint, including strategic planning, user experience definition, functional design, testing, and post-launch optimization.
* Strong proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, Miro) and deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Waterfall is a plus.
* Expertise in business process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML) and requirements management tools.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or SAFe PO/PM are highly valued.
* BABOK, CBAP or similar framework/certification would be an added advantage.
* Experience in mentoring junior BAs or leading small BA teams is essential.
* Domain-specific experience (e.g., FinTech, E-commerce, Healthcare, Supply Chain) relevant to our industry is a significant advantage.
