What You ll Be Doing:
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications, works directly with end-users, internal teams, and Enterprise Applications administrators to address issues and fully utilize our suite of tools and applications. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will be required to perform business impact analysis, design and document.
Essential Functions:
Analyse requests for support, new features, and modifications. Triage incoming requests and coordinate with the requestor to appropriately document detailed requirements. Support Jira projects, roles, workflows, ticket security, and plug-ins within the administered applications. Facilitate user requirements sessions and write user stories. Leverage existing processes for tracking and prioritizing deliverables; suggest enhancements as needed. Conduct UAT with end-users to ensure the implemented solution meets expectations. Perform regression testing, validate features, report defects and escalate issues as needed. Anticipate any potential issues with the project through quick responses and proactive critical thinking. Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems. Analyse requests for support, new features, and modifications. Perform analysis with key stakeholders, customers, and team members to ensure requirements are captured and met and the appropriate solutions are implemented. Adhere to change management, security, compliance, legal and other policies, procedures, and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience in enterprise ITSM and case management technologies. Understanding of Agile/ Waterfall/ Hybrid methodologies of software development and delivery. Experience with requirements gathering, management, and backlog grooming. Must be highly detail-oriented and communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. Demonstrated excellent business analyst skills with understanding and defining complex project requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
Must have experience with Atlassian tools (or similar), case and knowledge management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Intermediate SQL/JQL experience. Intermediate test strategy, test data preparation experience.

Bachelor s degree in IT or related field
