Job Description

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, leading requirement gathering sessions and workshops.
Translate business goals into functional and technical specifications; prepare BRDs, FRDs, and RFPs.
Analyse large datasets using SQL and Excel to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.
Design, develop, and maintain
Power BI dashboards
Manage end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytical reporting.
Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Supervise junior analysts and developers; monitor task progress and ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong technical background.
Proficiency in

ETL tools

Excel
, and
data modelling
.
Experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and documentation skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead projects from conception to completion.
