Key Responsibilities Candidate should have excellent knowledge of BRD, FRD and SRS Documents. Experience with JIRA, Agile, and Scrum. Candidate should have excellent communication skills. Candidate must have experience in client communication. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent organizational skills. Experience with JIRA, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices. Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
