As a Vice President - Human Resource Business Advisor within Consumer & Community Banking, you will work closely with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, providing strategic advice on human resource matters. You will play a key role in integrating HR strategies with business plans to promote organizational success. Job Responsibilities Support the implementation of people agenda initiatives and efforts for a business area Provide day-to-day advice on human capital matters.
