As a member of the regional IT Solution Center APAC at ZEISS, your primary focus will be on SAP. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and validated state of applications throughout their lifetime, providing technical support for roll-out activities across all regions of ZEISS, and maintaining appropriate technical system documentation. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the industry, particularly in SAP Fiori/S4Hana based implementations. To excel in this role, you must possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. You should have 6-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP+FIORI+BTP RAP, with expertise in RAP application and CAP Model development approach using Nodejs or Java being advantageous. Proficiency in developing full stack RAP applications, consuming standard APIs/S4Hana services in CAP/UI app using BAS, and working with SAP UI5/Fiori Elements based apps is essential. Your responsibilities will include implementing service requests, change requests, and roll-ins, performing administrative tasks, making minor application changes, and participating in global/regional projects. You will also monitor data loading process chains, manage incidents, provide user support, and conduct user trainings. Strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced English language proficiency are essential for success in this role.
