1.BTL Execution Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives. Plan trade promotions, in-store branding, and POSM placement to enhance retail impact. Identify and propose innovative activation ideas for consumer engagement.
2.Vendor Management Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and printing partners for cost-effective and timely execution. Negotiate vendor contracts to optimize budgets and campaign effectiveness.
3. Performance Tracking & Analysis Monitor BTL campaign effectiveness. Prepare and present monthly reports on BTL performance and key insights. Competitor benchmarking reports delivered regularly.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with the sales and retail teams to align BTL efforts with business goals. Support marketing in executing regional promotions and localized campaigns. Ensure all BTL marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure data accuracy. Ensure compliance with company reporting standards and data security protocols. Support sales teams with real-time insights for strategic planning. Feedback from internal stakeholders on MIS reporting quality and usefulness.
