Urgent Hiring for Team Leader !!! for one of the leading firm. Purpose of the Job: Oversee sales and daily operations of the center Ensure optimal resource and manpower utilization Enhance client satisfaction and overall performance metrics Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth, patient footfall, and follow-up ratios Manage billing, revenue collection, reporting, and handovers Ensure smooth commercial, administrative, safety, and housekeeping operations Handle statutory and regulatory compliance, including licensing Oversee material planning, purchase approvals, and cost control Manage attendance, leave, and monthly roster submission Provide regular updates and attend team meetings Train staff through on-the-job and classroom methods Handle medi-claim and insurance queries Collect patient feedback and online reviews (Google/Facebook) Conduct BTL and outreach activities (pamphlet distribution, outdoor camps) Support special department/unit tasks as needed on SPN and other designated days Qualification - MBA Experience - 1 to 2 years as a team leader.
