Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our signage and environmental graphics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visualizing signage solutions, creating mockups, preparing production-ready files, and supporting the print process. This role also involves contributing to the creative design of wall graphics and interior art for commercial environments. Key Responsibilities Create mockups of signage over client-supplied site images Prepare precise digital files for large-format printing and plotting Assist in operating printers, plotters, and vinyl cutters as needed Conceptualize and design wall graphics and environmental branding Work with software like CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AutoCAD Collaborate with production, installation, and sales teams Communicate with clients to gather input and present design concepts Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines Requirements 4-6 years of experience in signage/environmental graphic design Proficiency in: CorelDRAW Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) AutoCAD Canva (preferred) Familiarity with large-format printing and signage materials Understanding of spatial layout, typography, branding, and color theory Strong English communication skills Attention to detail and time management Ability to read architectural drawings is a plus Preferred Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Experience in signage or printing companies Knowledge of 3D rendering or visual presentation tools is a bonus

Project Summary PRO-telligent supports the U.S Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) to implement a Justice Sector Assistance Program (JSAP) in the West Bank It focuses on providing technical support, capacity-building and logistical support to key stakeholders in the Palestinian justice sector, including but not limited to law enforcement, the public prosecution, judicial institutions and security agencies. Please note: Only West Bank-Gaza residents are eligible for this position** Position Summary The Communications Specialist will be responsible for designing the projects branding materials across JSAP project activities The Specialist will work closely with technical staff to ensure branding consistency and editing across all project-specific content, including public outreach, training materials and client reports and newsletters The Specialist will ensure compliance with PRO-telligent and Tetra Tech Duty of Care Standards and will be supervised by the Deputy Chief of Team and will be based in Ramallah This is a short-term position with a level of effort of 55 days through July 2025. Responsibilities Edit and format project reports and newsletters in English and Arabic. Lead design of materials for activities, workshops and trainings including slideshows, handouts, pamphlets, or other resources as required. Lead branding design for the project with the goal of establishing consistent and recognizable branding designated for public outreach. Contribute to the development of materials for public outreach including access to justice for underserved populations. Assist on other related duties as assigned by the Deputy Chief of Team. Qualifications Bachelors degree in communication, design, or a related field is required. Minimum two years of experience developing and designing a branding plan is required. Minimum four years related communication experience in development or civil society is preferred. Experience in graphic design for web-based and print-based media for public outreach required. Familiarity and experience working in the West Bank required. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required. Strong adaptability, communication, proactive problem-solving, service-oriented, and interpersonal skills required. Ability to work effectively and harmoniously under pressure in a stressful environment and with colleagues from different cultural and professional backgrounds required. Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English required.
