1. Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the annual marketing and admissions plan in collaboration with school Principals and consultants. Lead brand strategy, positioning, and media campaigns across platforms. Oversee the performance of marketing channels including digital, print, and events. 2. Admissions Planning & Execution Lead the admissions team and monitor walk-ins, conversions, tele calling effectiveness, and CRM tracking. Conduct and monitor parent counselling, school tours, and onboarding touchpoints. Coordinate weekly reviews with Principals, Counsellors, and Tele callers to drive admissions goals. 3. Digital & Performance Marketing Supervise SEO, website performance, landing pages, and performance ads. Drive lead generation through optimized campaigns while ensuring a CAC below 8,000. Ensure all school websites meet international benchmarks, and content is current and relevant. 4. Reputation & Content Management Ensure quality and timely production of newsletters, social media content, and video storytelling. Lead the creation of school brochures, press releases, media relations, and internal comms. Maintain the online reputation of the institution across all digital platforms. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration Aligning with academic leadership to integrate school achievements into brand storytelling. Guide and mentor teams including graphic designers, tele callers, media SPOCs, and consultants. Represent the institution at key external forums, school events, and networking opportunities.
