Employee Enrollment & Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including document verification and induction programs. Recruitment Support: Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules. Training Coordination: Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars Branch Visits & Regional HR Assistance: Conduct regular visits to branch offices to ensure HR policies and practices are being followed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management software. Willing to travel Preferred Skills: Experience with HRIS systems and data management. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
