Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies in order to achieve sales revenue and volume targets. Your main focus will be overseeing the end-to-end execution of full truck loads and ensuring smooth operations across all departments. As a leader, you will supervise branch staff and work on developing effective logistics strategies. Effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and customers will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will lead and manage a sales or commercial team, as well as build strong partnerships with existing customers. To excel in this position, you should have experience in handling trucks, trailers, and containers, as well as managing FTL (Full truck load) operations. Experience in handling manpower will also be beneficial. This is a full-time position with benefits such as Provident Fund and a fixed shift schedule. Yearly bonuses will also be provided. As part of the application process, you will be asked questions regarding your experience in handling FTL, sales responsibilities, and your current Cost to Company (CTC). The work location for this role is in person.,
