Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and references.
Promote and sell retail banking products such as savings/current accounts, personal loans, fixed deposits, credit cards, and insurance.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain a database of existing and prospective customers.
Cross-sell appropriate products to existing clients to maximize revenue.
Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation.
Participate in promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Branch Manager.
