We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our retail mortgage sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the retail mortgage sector. Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry, with a focus on retail mortgages. Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of handling complex situations. Experience working with financial products, particularly retail mortgages, is an asset.
