Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Should have 5-10 years of experience in Sales
Preferably conversant with steel forming products.
Should work independently
Should have handled Key accounts with orders of size at least 10Crores.
Should have good communication skills & negotiation skills
Should work with HO for all Steel BU works.
Should be good in tracking payments from customers and update HO.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business (MBA is a plus)
5-10 years of sales and operations experience in the steel forming Industries.
Deep understanding of steel profiles, cold-formed components, roll-forming, and project-based sales.
Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, close large contracts, and handle technical discussions
Skilled in team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional coordination
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and ERP tools(SAP)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
