Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Relationship Manager with 6-7 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in liabilities, branch banking, and relationship management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in branch banking, preferably in liabilities or relationship management.
Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
