Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Assets, Inclusive Banking, SBL, Mortgages, or Receivables.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch's receivables department.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in receivables management.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Train and guide junior staff members on receivables procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of banking regulations and laws related to receivables management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial analysis and problem-solving.
Experience with accounting software and systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of receivables professionals.
