Job Description

  • Training Delivery:Conducting engaging and informative training sessions for both new hires and existing employees, covering topics such as product knowledge, customer service skills, and company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills:Being able to clearly and effectively convey information to diverse groups of learners.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills:Building rapport with trainees, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Proficiency in Training Methodologies:Familiarity with various training techniques, including classroom training, online learning, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Knowledge of BPO Processes:Understanding the specific processes and procedures used in the BPO industry, particularly those related to customer service, sales, or technical support.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Identifying training needs, evaluating training effectiveness, and developing solutions to address performance gaps.
  • Experience in a BPO Environment:Prior experience as a trainer or in a related role within a BPO company is highly desirable.
  • Curriculum Development:Creating and updating training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, tailored to specific processes and client requirements.
  • Needs Assessment:Collaborating with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement, and designing training programs to address those needs.
  • Performance Evaluation:Assessing employee performance during and after training, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Mentorship and Support:Providing ongoing support and mentorship to employees, helping them to apply their training in real-world situations and achieve their performance goals.
  • Training Effectiveness:Evaluating the impact of training programs through various methods, such as knowledge assessments, call monitoring, and performance reviews, and making adjustments as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining records of training activities, employee progress, and training effectiveness, and generating reports for management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹30,300.29 per month
