Job summary The Bot Expert is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining chatbot systems that interact with users in natural language. The position plays a crucial role in creating intelligent, automated conversational experiences that enhance customer service, streamline business processes, and improve user engagement across various platforms. Key Responsibilities The responsibilities for the position include: Design and develop high-quality conversational bots using Google Dialogflow, Yellow.ai, and Kore.ai platforms. Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications for conversational AI solutions. Implement custom scripting and integration with third-party services to enhance bot functionality. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure bots perform seamlessly across multiple channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback and continuously improve bot performance. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and bot development platforms. Provide technical support and documentation for developed bots. Adhere to laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, internal and external Standards Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis Experience on Copilot Studio is mandatory
