Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to business teams. Customize and configure BoldBI solutions, ensuring performance optimization and user experience. Implement security measures for data access and reporting at various levels Troubleshoot and resolve BI tool-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other teams to ensure seamless data integration and availability. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to enhance the adoption of BoldBI solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI trends and BoldBI platform enhancements.
