Experience in leading operations and dealing with OEMs and defence sector will be an added advantage Should have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage, Should be based in Coimbatore and committed to long term settlement in Coimbatore Budgeted Take home pay within Rs 2 lakhs per month to start with. Should be open to Performance linked incentive He will have a clear career path to become the CEO of the company on confirmation within 6 months.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Azure DevOps Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining DevOps pipelines using Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes, improve infrastructure as code (IaC), and ensure efficient cloud deployments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Manage infrastructure using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep. Automate deployment processes for cloud-based applications and services. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments for performance and cost. Implement and enforce DevOps best practices for version control, testing, and release. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development and deployment. Set up and manage Azure resources including App Services, AKS, Functions, and Storage Accounts. Maintain build and release definitions, YAML pipelines, and deployment groups. Integrate tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube, and others into DevOps workflows. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience working in DevOps roles with a focus on Azure. Strong understanding of Azure DevOps Services (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts). Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform. Experience in monitoring and logging using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Application Insights. Basic knowledge of networking, DNS, and security best practices in cloud environments. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AZ-104). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to GitHub Actions or Jenkins as alternative CI/CD tools. Familiarity with source control strategies like Gitflow. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
