Job Title: Board Clerk
Location: Sri Chaitanya Techno School – Jalalpur – Nashik
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in educational administration or documentation
Reporting To: Principal / Administrative Officer

Job Summary:

Sri Chaitanya Techno School is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Board Clerk to oversee all CBSE and Zilla Parishad-related documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with CBSE norms and State Government Education Board requirements. This role demands precision, record-keeping efficiency, and proactive coordination with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CBSE & State Board Compliance:
  • Prepare, compile, and submit all documentation required by CBSE and Zilla Parishad in a timely manner.
  • Ensure school follows all necessary compliance norms, circulars, and policies from CBSE and the State Education Department.
  • Documentation & Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records related to student enrolment, school affiliation, staff details, examination reports, and inspection audits.
  • Keep digital and physical copies of all board-related correspondences and documentation.
  • Liaison Duties:
  • Act as the point of contact between the school and CBSE/Zilla Parishad officials.
  • Handle correspondence, follow-ups, and documentation submissions to education boards and local authorities.
  • Inspections & Audits:
  • Assist in the smooth execution of board inspections and audits by preparing the necessary reports and documents.
  • Maintain readiness for surprise inspections by ensuring up-to-date files and registers.
  • Policy Tracking & Implementation:
  • Track changes in CBSE guidelines or state policies and ensure timely implementation at the school level.
  • Support Functions:
  • Assist in compiling data for online portals such as SARAS (CBSE), UDISE+, Shala Darpan, etc.
  • Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to gather required data for board submissions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Education, Administration, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in handling CBSE/state board documentation in a school setup.
  • Strong understanding of educational board processes and compliance regulations.
  • Good communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, and file management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Organized, punctual, and proactive in following up with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
