Job Summary The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation and content for a variety of audiences, including developers, end-users, and technical sales teams. This role requires a strong understanding of complex technical concepts, the ability to translate them into easily digestible content, and excellent writing and communication skills. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user understanding, facilitating product adoption, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts with accurate technical information. Responsibilities Documentation Development: Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation , including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for our [mention products/services, e.g., software products, hardware devices, industrial machinery]. Collaborate with product managers, developers, engineers, and quality assurance teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of content. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences. Content Creation for Marketing/Sales: Develop technical content for marketing collateral such as whitepapers, case studies, technical blogs, solution briefs, website content, and presentations . Ensure technical accuracy and consistency across all marketing and sales materials. Work closely with the marketing team to align technical content with marketing strategies and campaigns. Editing and Review: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to established style guides. Ensure consistency in terminology and branding across all documentation. Information Architecture: Contribute to the design and improvement of information architecture to ensure documentation is easily discoverable and navigable. Implement best practices for content organization and indexing. Tool Proficiency: Utilize various documentation tools, content management systems (CMS), and version control systems effectively. Research and Learning: Conduct thorough research on technical topics, industry trends, and competitor documentation. Continuously learn about new product features, technologies, and customer needs to keep content current and relevant.

Desired Experience & Exposure: Were looking for a versatile and strategic Content Marketing Executive with strong B2B experience (B2C exposure is a plus). Youll own the content lifecycle across our in-house brandsfrom ideation to performancewhile aligning with SEO best practices and business goals. You should be comfortable switching between product copy, thought leadership articles, SEO pages, email content, and social campaign narratives.
