Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and managing blockchain solutions on various blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, BSC, and others. Your role will involve designing and implementing smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain programming languages. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate blockchain services into existing platforms and design and maintain decentralized applications (dApps). Ensuring the security and integrity of the blockchain system will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop APIs for blockchain-based applications, conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code, and work on blockchain consensus protocols and off-chain solutions like oracles and sidechains. Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the blockchain space is also essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in blockchain development. Proficiency in Solidity, Ethereum, and smart contract development is required, as well as experience with other blockchain technologies such as Hyperledger, Polkadot, or Binance Smart Chain. A strong understanding of cryptography, security principles, and consensus algorithms is important, along with proficiency in at least one programming language like JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust. Familiarity with Web3.js and Ethereum development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Remix is preferred, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for blockchain infrastructure deployment is a plus. Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) or non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is also beneficial. Preferred skills for this role include experience with supply chain blockchain solutions, familiarity with IPFS and distributed storage solutions, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also desired.
