As a Quality Inspector - PDI, your primary responsibilities will include conducting inspections at factory locations and preparing inspection reports. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries regarding the status of inspections. In this role, you will be required to perform inspections on a variety of electrical and electronics items such as CCTV, transformers, mobile phones, household appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines), and industrial products at factory premises based on client specifications. Additionally, you will conduct safety and functional testing on household goods in accordance with standards such as IEC 60335-1, IEC 60065, IEC 60598-1, and IEC 60950-1. It is essential that you are familiar with both Indian (IS) and international standards (IEC) and proficient in sampling methods (AQL). Candidates for this position should hold a B.Tech degree in Electrical or Electrical & Telecommunication discipline from a reputable institution with a strong academic background. Familiarity with inspection systems and quality control tools is required. The role involves extensive travel, often on short notice. Key attributes for success in this role include the ability to work independently, proactively, and possess excellent language and interpersonal skills. Effective communication in English, Hindi, and/or the local language is necessary. The job demands extensive travel and the ability to manage time constraints effectively. As a Production Chemist in the nutraceutical industry, you will leverage your 5-7 years of experience to lead the production of various products such as tablets, capsules, proteins, and pre-workout blends. Your responsibilities will include ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guiding formulation and development of new products, monitoring quality control processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Your expertise in nutraceutical ingredients, manufacturing processes, and quality control standards will be crucial in overseeing the production process and driving process optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring product efficacy, stability, and regulatory compliance through your deep understanding of ingredient functionality and interactions. Your role will also involve troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to blending, mixing, encapsulation, and tableting. Additionally, you will maintain comprehensive records of batch production, train and supervise production staff, and ensure that all raw materials and finished products meet defined specification requirements. To qualify for this position, you should have a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Food Science & Technology, along with hands-on experience in tablet and capsule manufacturing, protein and pre-workout product blending, and knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements in the nutraceutical sector. Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities are essential, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred skills include experience with sports nutrition and pre-workout formulations, as well as familiarity with stability testing and shelf-life analysis. Key Responsibilities: Operate machines and equipment such as granulators, tablet presses, coating machines, blenders, filling lines, or packaging lines (depending on the product and plant type). Set up and adjust machinery before starting the production run. Monitor the production process and report deviations or abnormalities to supervisors. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform minor maintenance or cleaning as needed. Complete batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, and other documentation accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Assist in the changeover and cleaning of equipment between batches. Identify and escalate equipment malfunctions or quality issues. Participate in training sessions related to SOPs, GMP, and safety. Qualifications: ITI / Diploma / 10+2 with relevant technical or science background. 13 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing operations (preferred). Key Skills: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and SOPs. Understanding of cGMP and safety standards. Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate records. Physically fit and able to work in a shift-based environment. Team player with attention to detail.
