Job Title: BIM/AutoCAD Trainer Location: Hyderabad/Visakhapatnam Employment Type: [Full-Time] Experience Required: [1-5 years] Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM/AutoCAD Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD to students, professionals, or corporate clients. The trainer will design training materials, assess learning progress, and help learners achieve proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools. Key Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on AutoCAD , Revit , Navisworks , and other BIM-related tools. Design and develop training modules, manuals, and exercises tailored to learners' levels and industry standards. Provide hands-on guidance and real-time project-based learning to enhance practical skills. Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs. Stay updated with the latest software versions and best practices in BIM and CAD. Assist in the preparation of certification programs and assessments. Offer support and feedback to students during and after the course. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in using AutoCAD and BIM tools (especially Revit). Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts for varied learner levels. Certification in AutoCAD/BIM software (preferred but not mandatory). Nice to Have: Experience in online or blended training delivery. Knowledge of other tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max. Corporate or academic training background.
