The BIM Manager will oversee the BIM process across multiple projects, ensuring consistent standards, workflows, and quality. This leadership role bridges technical excellence with strategic oversight, working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure the effective use of BIM technologies. Role & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of company-wide BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), model coordination workflows, and digital delivery strategies. Coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure BIM deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements. Oversee model creation, clash detection, and coordination activities using platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. Provide training, support, and mentorship to BIM coordinators, modelers, and design teams. Ensure models are developed to appropriate LOD (Level of Development) for each phase of design and construction. Collaborate with IT and leadership to evaluate and implement new BIM tools, plugins, and automation strategies (e.g., Dynamo, Forge). Monitor project progress and ensure BIM deliverables align with project milestones and client expectations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelors or master's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 10+ years of relevant BIM experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. • Deep knowledge of BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and coordination tools. • Strong understanding of project lifecycle workflows and BIM applications from design to construction and FM. • Experience managing large and complex projects in a BIM environment. • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Masters degree in BIM, Digital Construction, or related discipline. • BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager Certification). • Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms. • Experience with scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo, Python etc.). • Knowledge of integrated project delivery (IPD), Lean Construction, or VDC methodologies.

Ensure the project s Common Data Environment (CDE), ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) has a clear and compelling structure based on the engineering and site requirements. Oversee the organization of project data, files, and documents within the project ACC. Ensure project members follow established communication, delivery, and publishing processes within the ACC. Verify that engineering deliveries in ACC are made according to agreed-upon formats and timelines. Coordinate with relevant external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries. Administer access to the project ACC and its content, including granting and revoking access for project members as needed. Assist new project members in understanding ACC processes during onboarding. Coordinate electronic information transfer and integrity of the ACC. Act as the main point of contact for ACC and any related issues between the construction managers, subcontractors, owners, design team, and others as required. Prepare periodic progress reports regarding the status of documents and ACC information projects as Management requires. Liaison with clients and other consultants regarding BIM standards/processes and documents. Role description: Fulfilling a senior role within the team, providing leadership, and mentoring to BIM teams. For managing technical aspects of BIM production for projects or components of major projects. For the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project delivery strategy. Stay up to date with the latest best practise within BIM and the interaction of BIM software with other software used within the business. Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards for all drawings released. Provide expert support in the resolution of technical issues in the application execution of BIM. Trouble shoot specific BIM related problems. Coordinate and establish project standards with clients, design teams and stakeholders. Identify trends and business opportunities relating to BIM and make recommendations. Review progress, compliance and clash detection reports produced by the project BIM coordinator. Define clash detection rules at various project stages, monitor the progress of the resolution of clashes and constructability issues. Produce periodic reports to the team expressing progress with compliance and clash resolution. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses / Technical Certification relating to BIM. Preferably Ten (10) years experience working with BIM Projects. Preferably Six (6) years experience in the use and application of BIM for International project design or construction. Preferably Three (3) years experience in multi-BIM management. Experience in managing and leading teams of BIM Modelers in the project environment. Knowledge of international standards codes and best practise in relation to the application of BIM into project including ISO19650, RIBA and AIA standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound technical skills and ability to produce BIM models and CAD outputs to budget and programme. Ability to adopt and operate in a flexible manner to suit the audience and situation. Ability to build rapport with work colleagues. Experience in the use and application of BIM in consultant environment is essential. Must be able to work with, mentor, and develop BIM teams of lesser experienced BIM modeler. Experience in the integration and application of BIM in a multi-disciplinary environment. Have ability in setting up and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for a given project. Able to provide input to estimates for the engineering budget and schedule and to oversee technical resources to meet requirements on large and complex projects.
