BIM Lead- MEP

As a BIM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM standards, BXP, and protocols. Your role will involve leading the BIM strategy throughout all project phases, managing BIM teams, and coordinating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will oversee BIM execution planning and ensure compliance with strategy, standards, workflows, and implementation across the entire organization. To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a deep knowledge of BIM standards, and expertise in strategic planning and implementation. The role also requires specific certifications such as Building SMART BIM Manager certificate, Autodesk Certified Professional, or similar qualifications.
