Billing Executive- Eligibility Verification - Voice

We are seeking dynamic candidates to join our organization for the position of Billing Executive (Voice Dental RCM) for the Night Shift. As a Billing Executive, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with patients" Dental Insurance to obtain details regarding their dental policy benefits and the status of outstanding dental claims. A comprehensive understanding of Dental Billing operations is essential for this role. You will be required to liaise with Dental Insurance providers to inquire about benefit information, outstanding claims, and any additional guidelines that may impact coverage. Ensuring accurate and detailed documentation by obtaining benefit information on the necessary templates will be a crucial part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate should meet the following eligibility criteria: - Educational Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate or equivalent - Previous experience in Dental Billing is preferred - Familiarity with CDT, ADA, and HIPAA regulations would be advantageous - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent client service - Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality - Willingness to work in US Shift Timings (Night Shift) - Typing Speed of 40 WPM or more with a minimum accuracy of 95% - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Experienced candidates preferred In return, we offer the following benefits: - Fixed Salary - Paid Leaves - No overtime work - Incentive-based target system - Observance of US Federal Holidays - Fixed week-offs on Saturdays & Sundays - Health Insurance coverage - Night Shift Meal, Tea/Coffee - No salary cap for suitable candidates This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule, health, and life insurance coverage.
