Job Description

What You Bring:

Background in Purchase, Procurement, or Technical Coordination

(Electrical, Electronics, Networking projects preferred)

Minimum 2 years of experience in project procurement, tendering, or related roles
Comfortable with GeM / PSU portals or ready to learn quickly.
Strong in vendor negotiation, document handling, and internal coordination.
A degree in Electrical / Electronics / Networking / similar is a plus.

What You'll Do

Track and analyze government & corporate tender opportunities (GeM, PSU portals, etc.)
Use your vendor management and cost negotiation skills to build winning bid
Prepare internal documentation and costing with clarity and precision
Review tender specs (RFPs/RFQs), and align with commercial/technical expectations
Coordinate with technical, pre-sales, finance, and legal teams to build complete proposals
Handle online bid submissions and maintain detailed BOQs and tender records
Follow up post-submission, negotiate where needed, and ensure final deal closure
Help guide the junior tendering team as needed
Build lasting relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants
