As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of infrastructure as code for a multi-tenant, SaaS solution i.e., built on top of PaaS services. You will also be responsible for rolling out releases across various environments for the solution in a governed manner. You will be part of a complete cross functional Product team; working in close collaboration with the Technical Integration Lead, Integrations Engineers, Data Engineers and other members of cross functional product team. Activities: Your main activities will be centralized around: Development in Bicep language & YAML pipelines for Azure based infrastructure and applications. Troubleshooting, triaging and bug fixing. Implementing best practices around provisioning, scaling, reliability, cost efficiencies, security, operational management and monitoring of Azure based environments. Implementing governance and security controls in Azure DevOps for streamlined releases across multiple environments. Planning support and execution of attended & un-attended releases. Collaboration and knowledge sharing with other engineers in the team. If time permits, some software development for integrations Skills: More than 9 years of professional experience as DevOps Engineer, IaC Developer or equivalent. More than 5 years experience as pure Infrastructure as Code Development for various PaaS services in Azure (e.g., Application Gateway, API Management, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vaults etc.) Experience in Biceps and Terraform language. Experience in production support and/or as site reliability engineer. Experience with various technologies in CNCF landscape is desired

Job Role : A DevOps Engineer is responsible for overseeing the deployment and operational aspects of software applications, bridging the gap between development and operations teams. This role focuses on automating and streamlining processes to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of software development and deployment. Drive and coordinate platform adoption, actively engaging product development, quality, regulatory, and customer success teams. Experience in the diagnostics and pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industries like finance or insurance is seen as highly advantageous. Here’s what you’ll bring 7+ years of experience in a systems engineering/DevOps role 3+ years of industry experience with Amazon Web Services, IAM, VPC peering, API Gateway, NLB, EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, etc. Strong knowledge of Linux systems and internals (Ubuntu/Alpine preferred) Experience in creating software to automate production systems with one of the following languages: Python, Ruby, Java, Go, etc. Strong experience with configuration management, monitoring, and systems tools (e.g. Ansible, SumoLogic, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Proficiency with source control, continuous integration, and testing methods (Git, GitLab, Jenkins) Understanding of cloud provisioning tools, e.g. CloudFormation and Terraform. Strong knowledge of docker, Kubernetes Experience working with cloud-based technologies (Cloudflare CDN and Qualys WAS are highly desirable).
