Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, client management, and requirement gathering, with expertise in PowerBI, SQL, and Python. Your role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding their analytical needs, and providing data-driven insights to support business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reports to offer business insights. You will use advanced SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources. Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities will be a key part of your responsibilities. It will also be crucial to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards while optimizing data models and reporting processes for enhanced performance and efficiency. You will engage with internal and external clients to comprehend their data needs and analytical requirements. Presenting findings, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management, executives, and clients will be part of your client and stakeholder management duties. Additionally, providing training and guidance to business users on effectively using reports and dashboards will also be required. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document data/reporting requirements is essential for this role. You will need to translate business needs into technical specifications for data extraction and visualization. Developing ad-hoc reports and analytics solutions to support business strategies will also be a part of your responsibilities. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will define and implement best practices for data quality, identify automation opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, and maintain documentation for dashboards, reports, and analytical processes.
