BI Analytics Lead

As a Tableau Data Analyst at Freespace, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in AWS, ETL processes, and AI/ML techniques to contribute to the development of scalable data architectures. With 6-8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of Business Intelligent services at Freespace, reporting directly to the Product Head, Analytics. Your primary focus will be on ensuring clients can take ownership and self-service on data and insights across all Freespace products, while also delivering exceptional value through intelligent, behavioural analysis & data modelling solutions. You will lead a talented, cross-functional team of Full Stack Developers and Tableau Data Analysts, working closely with the product manager and client-facing teams to translate client needs into impactful technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of solutions, defining and implementing modern data architecture using AWS services, guiding the migration of BI data to new AWS-powered data lakes and warehouses, implementing AI and ML capabilities, and contributing to the transition of Freespace's offering into a central SaaS analytics platform. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Python for data manipulation, SQL for complex querying, and experience in developing and managing ETL pipelines. Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, Glue, S3, and Redshift is essential, along with a strong understanding of data architecture principles and experience in integrating AI/ML models into production environments. Familiarity with React, Node.js, Agile methodologies, and Tableau (or similar BI tools) will be beneficial. You should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or science, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.
