We are seeking a skilled Pyramid BI Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage Pyramid Analytics platform to transform complex data into actionable insights, driving informed business decisions. Your expertise will empower stakeholders across the organization to make data-driven choices with confidence. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Pyramid Analytics tools to support business decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations. Administer and manage Pyramid BI platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Design and implement data models that integrate data from sources like Salesforce, AWS etc. Replicate reports and dashboards from Tableau CRM and other tools to Pyramid Analytics Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored reports/dashboards. Provide training and support to end-users on Pyramid BI functionalities. Stay updated with the latest Pyramid BI features and best practices. Requirements: Strong knowledge of Pyramid BI architecture, components, analytic models and functionalities. Familiarity with Pyramids PYRANA query engine is a plus. Strong experience with Pyramid Analytics, including data preparation, business analytics, and data science modules. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous. Excellent understanding of Pyramid licenses, user types and access controls. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, with hands-on experience using Pyramid Analytics. Certification in Pyramid BI or related technologies. Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Experience in the Automobile sector is plus

The role is based in Pune, India. Compensation to be paid in INR. Defining and developing data sets, models and cubes Build simple to complex pipelines data flows in ADF which includes extracting data from the source system into the data warehouse staging area, ensuring data validation, data accuracy, data type conversion, and business rule application. Strong Visualization skills in PBI , expert knowledge in writing advanced DAX in Power BI, Power Queries , Power Automate , M Language , R Programming. Advance knowledge of Azure SQL DB Synapse Analytics , Azure Data Bricks, Power BI Should be able to analyse and understand complex data. Knowledge of Azure data lake storage is required and Services like Azure Analysis Service SQL Databases.

This role will help Open Blue teams and leaders with critical reports and metrics needed to run our business. This person is a strong communicator, who can guide a requirements giver to describing what they want and need in a metric and dashboard. They can also ask thoughtful questions of the datasets, investigate their fit for purpose and use good judgement. Lastly, they are able to use a variety of technologies from simple to complex, to create and iterate on the reports and visuals via user feedback. Technical Skills: BI Analyst, Power BI, MS Office Suite, and Snowflake Required Skills: Minimum of 5-8 years of experienced and demonstrated maturity in leading projects Business acumen, proven in any other industry and aptitude to learn the digital space. Software as a Service would be preferred but not required. Ability to define metrics. Attention to detail when identifying data and building calculations. Data Visualization including metric display, trending and charting, and varying levels of granularity Ability to directly communicate with the dashboard users and stakeholders who provide data/content Experienced with data analysis Proven ability to collect, structure, store, and visualize information Skills: Power BI Microsoft Suite Automation Snowflake data platform Software as a Service (SAS) Has demonstrated ability to teach and mentor others to upskill.
