Job Overview We are hiring a Dentist to join our Kandivali-based back office team as a Cold Calling Executive . In this role, you will engage with prospective patients across Australia through outbound calls, understand their dental concerns, and book them for in-person consultations at our Australian clinics. This is a non-clinical, communication-focused role ideal for dentists who enjoy patient interaction and want to apply their clinical knowledge in a dynamic, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential patients in Australia from our lead database. Identify their oral health concerns and guide them with empathy and professionalism. Educate patients on the importance of dental checkups and treatment (without diagnosis). Schedule face-to-face appointments at our Liverpool or Blacktown clinics . Maintain call logs, patient records, and appointment details in CRM software. Handle objections, build rapport, and follow up with undecided patients. Coordinate with the on-ground clinic teams to ensure smooth patient visits. Consistently meet KPIs related to call volume and consultation bookings.
