Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Identify target accounts and business opportunities within the banking, insurance, and financial services industries. Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored IT solutions for clients, ranging from cloud services, network security, and managed services, to infrastructure modernization. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the BFSI market, focusing on IT products and services. Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong connections with different OEMs. Manage pricing strategies and profitability for each deal. Close sales opportunities while maintaining a high conversion rate. 5-7+ years of experience in sales management, specifically within the IT infrastructure and BFSI sectors. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud computing, data centers, network and cybersecurity, virtualization, and managed services. Knowledge of the BFSI industrys technology needs, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
