As a Service Engineer in the manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining metal cutting machinery and equipment at customer sites. Your role will involve conducting initial testing, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and carrying out repairs to minimize downtime and ensure proper operation. You must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience, specifically in Non-Metal Cutting Machines, Laser and Fiber Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, Bending Machines, and CNC Routers in order to be considered for this position. Additionally, a B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their queries and concerns. You will also be responsible for training customer personnel on the proper use and maintenance of equipment. It is essential to prepare and maintain detailed service reports, including descriptions of work performed and parts used. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mumbai with a salary of up to 3.6 lac. The benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You will be working in a fixed shift schedule and may be eligible for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The ideal candidate should have a preferred Diploma qualification and at least 3 years of experience in CNC Machine Service. The work location for this position is in person.
