Project Role : Security Architect Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Must have skills : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing day to day issues in the IAM platform, providing viable solution and meeting the SLAs/KPI, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve working on issues reported by stakeholders, ensuring swift action taken to remeidate the issue, ensuring timely and quality delivery of fixes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:-- Experience in the Identity management tools like OIM, SailPoint IIQ, Ping Suite etc.-At least 3-5 years experience in IAM tools, has exposure to managing operations and delivery for IGA and SSO Solutions .-Should have handsexperience in handling IAM tickets and advanced troubleshooting of the IAM issues.-Should have understanding of provisoining, deprovisioning, SSO, connectors, workflows etc in identity management.- Have basic understanding of unix commands, should have used putty,winscp as well. Should have some exposure in debugging any issue for provisioining/deprovisioning as well."
