Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Business Development Manager – International who specializes in generating quality leads through cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn portals. The ideal candidate will focus on building a strong international client base and driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate high-quality international leads through cold calling, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
• Research and identify new market opportunities and client needs
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitch emails
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and client onboarding
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets
• Maintain all activities and lead data accurately in the CRM
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in international business development or lead generation
• Strong expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in using CRM systems and automation tools
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
