Barista/All Rounder

JJob Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages (hot and cold) according to company recipes and quality standards
• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders efficiently
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace, counters, and customer areas
• Stock and replenish supplies such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and syrups
• Follow health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Support team members during busy shifts and assist in opening/closing duties
• Promote café products and upsell items when appropriate

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer-facing role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills for handling transactions (if cashiering is involved)
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista training or certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
