Job Description

Barista

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure all guests feel comfortable, informed, and respected while engaging with the cats.
Provide basic guidance on cat etiquette and enforce caf rules politely.
Handle guest concerns and feedback with patience and a solution-oriented attitude.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both the caf and cat interaction areas.
Manage daily caf operations including POS transactions, stocking, and upkeep.
Support team members and assist during busy periods or events.

Key Skills & Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in a barista or guest-facing hospitality role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and a positive, approachable attitude.
Comfort and sensitivity when working around animals, especially cats.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in a pet caf or similar environment is a plus.
