In this unique setting, youll not only prepare quality coffee and beverages but also ensure a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere for both guests and our resident cats. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure all guests feel comfortable, informed, and respected while engaging with the cats. Provide basic guidance on cat etiquette and enforce caf rules politely. Handle guest concerns and feedback with patience and a solution-oriented attitude. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both the caf and cat interaction areas. Manage daily caf operations including POS transactions, stocking, and upkeep. Support team members and assist during busy periods or events. Key Skills & Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a barista or guest-facing hospitality role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
