Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, smoothies, and other café beverages to a high standard. Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service. Take orders accurately and guide guests through the menu, highlighting vegan and continental options. Handle the billing process including operating the POS system, managing cash/card payments, and issuing receipts. Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and positive manner. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and guest service area. Restock supplies and ensure the barista station is always ready for service. Collaborate with the kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
