Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Adviser to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of generating qualified leads. This role is pivotal in driving our strategic sales initiatives and optimizing our client engagement processes. The Business Adviser will be responsible for conducting market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance overall performance. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Advise on best practices for client engagement and retention. Make 100-150 calls per day to generate leads and set appointments. Achieve a target of 7-10 qualified leads per day. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales processes and strategies. Dial for campaigns focused on the North American market. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of total experience in sales, with at least 3 years in B2B sales. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets and sales goals. Educational background: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Current or previous designation in inside sales or lead generation roles. Willingness to work night shifts. (5PM to 2AM) Availability to join within 15-30 days of notice. Preferred Attributes: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on both sides with curated approach to Decision Maker, Influencer, Gate Keepers and Champion in the deal funnel Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in the Enterprise sales role in fintech/ SAAS or e-commerce companies Proven Track Record of Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers. Good understanding of sales qualification and prospecting best practices such as BANT, MEDDIC and/or Sanders Method are good to have Ability to secure productive face to face meetings with the extent decision making unit at the client organization to create a strong influence on the decision making process
