Job Title: Banking Executive

Department: Retail Banking/Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and managing current accounts, demat accounts, and performing other key roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Current Account Opening:

- Source new business leads and open current accounts for individuals and businesses.

- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for account opening.

- Conduct KYC and due diligence as per regulatory requirements.

2. Demat Account Opening:

- Open and manage demat accounts for clients.

- Educate clients on demat account features and benefits.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Other Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

- Promote and sell banking products and services to existing and new clients.

- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives.

4. Additional Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Adhere to bank's policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Banking, or related field).

2. Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in banking or related industry.

3. Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with clients.

- Basic knowledge of banking products and services.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry developments.

4. Certifications: Relevant certifications in banking or finance (e.g., CAIIB, Certified Banking Professional) are desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
