Role & responsibilities . Deal Operations Management and Documentation: - Assist in managing the process of deal documentation, legal review, and financial administration by working closely with Finance, Tax, legal and secretarial departments as relevant - Assist in monitoring and reporting of the portfolio performance at each investment level through detailed MIS tracking, with financial and business metrics b. Fund Flow Statement, Budgeting, and Planning - Assist in and eventually be the custodian of financial and cash flow planning for the fund - Maintain fund accounts with details as present monthly positions to the management - Assist in creating a 10-year budget and roadmap and monitor the same at periodic intervals - Assist with annual and quarterly audit of the fund c. Deal Tracker and Reporting - Maintain and update the deal tracker database for the investment opportunities, ensuring accuracy and timely recording. - Reporting the deal status of investment opportunities to Investment Committee and Management. d. Additional Responsibilities - - Work on improving internal processes and documentation storage from time to time - Be open to new ideas, suggestions, and improvements to bring overall synergies
