A. Performing daily Health check of Mail & File archival Infra, SMTP journaling check, Replication check, Index backlog. B. Monitoring tasks like pending Archival, Mailbox in archival queue, pending Storage queue, Archival task status. C. Daily routine tasks like Archival task run, Zero archival, PST import, Assigning archive access to others. D. Long term tasks like adding LUNs as required for indexing/archival/Vault store. E. Maintaining and Backing up Vault store F. Compliance tasks like DA search issue, DA search access & export G. Working on issues like Placeholder disconnect fix, Indexing issues, Archival link not working, Mail not retrieving from Outlook H. Disk capacity utilization on all servers application health check I. DR drill EV environment to be run from DR Site B J. Installation of Mail & file archival servers in existing EV Infra wherever applicable. New Projects that will be included in the current scope of engagement: Version upgrades of the current version of Enterprise Vault as and when required once in a year. 2. Installation of Service Pack (SP) on Enterprise Vault server as and when required (E.g.
