We are currently looking for meticulous and detail-oriented Backoffice Executives to join our dynamic team in Jaipur.

Job Summary:

The Backoffice Executive is a non-voice role responsible for supporting our client's business operations by handling a variety of backend tasks. This position requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage data-intensive processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:

    Perform high-volume data entry, data processing, and data verification with exceptional accuracy and speed.
  • Transaction Processing:

    Handle and process client-specific transactions, applications, forms, and orders according to defined procedures.
  • Record Keeping:

    Maintain and update customer information, records, and databases in internal systems.
  • Quality & Compliance:

    Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with company policies, data security protocols, and client quality standards.
  • Verification:

    Cross-reference and validate information from various sources to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reporting:

    Assist in the generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and productivity.
  • Communication:

    Handle backend queries through email or internal chat systems, providing clear and concise information to internal teams or stakeholders.
  • Workflow Management:

    Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and contribute to the team's overall productivity goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a non-voice process within the BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other backend processing systems.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required by the project.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.
